We may collect business contact information supplied to us, account and organization details, service territory and equipment preferences, product feedback, and basic security and operational logs.

Public-source information

AwardSignal processes public government award records and legitimate public business information to identify and explain potential sales opportunities. Inferred equipment requirements are labeled as inference rather than confirmed demand.

How information is used

We use information to provide and secure the service, match relevant opportunities, support trial customers, improve matching quality, and maintain reliable operations. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and retention

We use a limited set of infrastructure providers to host and operate AwardSignal. Information is retained only as reasonably needed for the service, security, legal obligations, and legitimate business records.
